I've lived in the south and have traveled a lot, but was absolutely surprised to find such great BBQ in St. Peters in this little hole in the wall. Don't expect much atmosphere here other than a ceramic boot, and a couple of wooden wagon wheels. The owner runs the place himself with his parents usually in the back (Mel is the owner's Dad). The chicken wings literally fall off the bone as you each them, and explode with fantastic flavor. It's not too spicy and not overwhelmingly sweet. The ribs are a house specialty and are too die for. Sides are made from scratch in house and it shows. A small menu, but well worth it. Ribs, pork, and chicken wings, but all are great.
